About Our Business

AAamazing Salad, established in 2014, began its journey as a healthy food restaurant. In 2016, we expanded our offerings to include catering, serving esteemed clients such as Google, Amazon, Lindt, Rakuten, Baker McKenzie, The Trade Desk, CDW, Northbridge, CIBC, RBC, and many others. Our motto, “Fresh & Yummy,” reflects our commitment to providing nutritious and delicious meal options for those who care about their health and love great food. We aspire to grow into an international franchise, making healthy, tasty meals accessible to more people. We are proud to partner with the SickKids Foundation, donating a portion of every meal purchase to support their important work.
In 2016, we relocated to Downtown Toronto. That May, we received a glowing review from *Now* magazine, and in November 2017, Fairchild TV featured us on their popular program. BlogTO recognized us as the best salad restaurant in Toronto.
Thanks to our dedication to high-quality, diverse, and delicious food, we continue to grow in popularity. Many of our returning customers bring their families, friends, and colleagues to enjoy our fresh and healthy meals. We believe that every meal should be a celebration, and we strive to make each visit to our restaurant a memorable experience.

Our story

In 2014, we moved from Montreal to Toronto, driven by our passion for opening a healthy food restaurant that offers delicious and nutritious meals.
Chef Jacky, our culinary magician, brings a wealth of experience from his time as a hotel chef in China. His love for cooking is evident in every dish. Using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, Jacky crafts sauces without added sugar, making our salads unique and flavorful. A true culinary genius, he blends popular ingredients from diverse cultures to create exceptional dressings that tantalize the taste buds.
Eva, the owner of AAamazing Salad, studied Arts and Crafts in university. She transforms vibrant vegetables into colorful masterpieces, designing our salads, bowls, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards. Eva previously worked as a customer service representative at Leo Burnett before taking on the role of assistant to the general manager at Tai Dong Media. This experience equipped her with valuable skills in project planning and client relations, working with major brands like Ogilvy. Her background allows her to truly understand customer needs and deliver top-notch service to our cherished patrons.

Our Service

At AAamazing Salad, we understand that our beloved customers have diverse needs and requirements. To make their experience seamless, we offer meal planning services tailored to their preferences, budgets, and dietary restrictions.
We provide a variety of meal formats, including individually packed meals, sharing-style options, and buffet arrangements. Our menu features vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and Halal options to cater to all tastes.
While we are not a nut-free restaurant and cannot guarantee complete avoidance of cross-contamination, we take special care in preparing food for customers with nut allergies and other sensitivities. We strive to minimize risks and ensure the safety of all our patrons.
